  6. WHEREAS, on December 1, 1995, Nicholas Kringle entered into an
  7. agreement with Anita Jain, which under the law is subject to a
  8. right of rescission by Nicholas Kringle, and Nicholas Kringle has
  9. determined to exercise this right, Anita Jain is notified that
  10. Nicholas Kringle herewith rescinds that agreement for the cemetary
  11. plot.
